Lighthouse Systems establishes new distribution partnership in Israel

Signs Magma Group as distributor of its Shopfloor-Online software
Lighthouse Systems today announces a new distribution agreement with Israeli systems integrator, Magma Group. Under the terms of the partnership, Magma will have distribution rights for Shopfloor-Online in the Israeli market, servicing and supporting existing contracts and building the business.

Shopfloor-Online is a configurable MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that supports manufacturing operations. It has a number of modules that can be used to receive works orders from an ERP system, schedule and execute orders, count production, and feedback to the ERP system on quantities produced. It can capture related manufacturing data such as quality checks, material usage for full product traceability, as well as downtime, spoilage, OEE, tool management, maintenance and repair management, customer and supplier complaints and internal concern management.
