20/07/2010 - TÜV Product Service acquires Laidler group |

TÜV Product Service Ltd, a UK subsidiary of the TÜV SÜD group, has acquired the shares of the Laidler group of companies, the UK’s leading machinery safety compliance organisation. Operating from offices in Cleveland and Yorkshire, the Laidler group has consolidated sales of £2.6 million and 30 employees.
Offering machinery safety solutions to a very broad range of industries, Laidler has been growing at over 20% per year over the last two years. The considerable collective experience of the Laidler Directors and their staff is utilised to help businesses find the most cost-effective and practical route to compliance with the EU Machinery Directive and associated health and safety legislation, as well as providing them with practical solutions to meet these obligations.
